    These are the best I have seen. They are prompt and professional. The service tech. clearly knew what he was doing. An added bonus, he was nice to my dog (who is a goofball and licks people). The dispatcher was professional, friendly and jumped through hoops to work with my schedule.

    Quality Work without a ski mask and gun: It was 5 days till my wedding when I woke up to water pooling out oug a built in bookcase on to my 2nd story hardwood floor. I called ME flow out of the yellow pages on a whim, figuring in an emergency I was going to be paying out the nose anyway. I was pleasantly surprised that they had time that afternoon. They informed me when I made the appointment that their was a 89 dollar visit fee, and I agreed to that upfront. At this point I was bracing for the bad new and an I was hoping that it wouldn't eat up all my budget for my upcomming wedding. After removing the book case and turning off the water I wated for th ME flow to show after lunch, and they showed right at 1:15. In minutes and causing lest damage to my cieling and wall than I had, he found the leak. He then showed me a book that had the prices all laid out for me, im my case 1 leak was just under 190 dollars plus the visit fee so under 300 dollars. I thought this was very reasonable and I was releaved that I wasn't going to have to dip into the wedding fund. In about an hour or less he had the leak fixed. The man they sent out even remided me that my insurance would cover the holes in wall and cieling, something that was slipping my mind with the increasing chaos of a wedding around the corner.

    They made such an impression that when my my garbage disposal died the day before the wedding (just my luck and I refuse to belive it is an omen), I have made an appointment for them to install a new disposal, but that will wait till after the honeymoon.
