Herndon Transmission is frickin AWESOME!!!! I noticed my car (2005 Jaguar) driving a little weird and not shifting gears as it should. I took it into the dealer who told me my transmission was slipping and they could try and patch it for $2500 and if that does not work then they would need to rebuild my transmission for $7000. WHAT?!?!?! WTF?!?! And to answer your question.... No I did not get any of my $2500 back if the patch didn't work. So I had taken my car to Sunset Automotives once before to be fixed and they reccommended me to this place. The guy told me that if Herndon Transmission can't fix it, no one can. So I take my car into Herndon Transmission and await the horrible news that I knew I would hear. I mean really, the dealer couldn't be too far off right? Well..... I get a call and I am told that my car is no where near as bad as the dealer made it seem and he could have it fixed and running like new for a total of...............DRUMROLL PLEASE.........$768.00. Yes that is a difference of about $1700 cheaper. I was excited and appalled at the same time. I've had my car back for at least a month now and that car takes off like the day I first drove it off the lot. I could not be happier and I owe it all to Herndon Transmission. So.... if you ever have transmission issues, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check out this place first. they will not steer you wrong.
