    SP and I went for lunch on a Wednesday at 11:30. Only 5 tables in use including ours. 2 Servers. Our food was quick and good. I had the lunch pulled pork sandwich and SP had the appetizer catfish fingers. We had the nachos as an appetizer (meat was a little dry). Soda for SP, sweetened tea for me.
    Service from our waitress was bad. She came to our table to take the order, ask us for refills once and bring the bill. This was in a 45 minute time period.

    I have never gotten great service for refills from this restaurant during lunch time. Maybe it’s the wait staff they use during the day.

    One last thing. The nacho appetizer is enough for 2 people.

    I would rate 4 stars except for our waitress.

    good food, fast seating, excellent service!: I love Red, Hot & Blue. They seat you quickly, your meals are delivered promptly, and the servers are friendly and helpful. The meals are always plentiful and easy on the wallet. Good music too!
