Muffin Man Caribbean Express

I had a bitter sweet experience with the Muffin Man. The food was pretty good although I thought that it was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you got and compared to other carribbean restaurants in the area. Secondly, the customer service of the employees was TERRIBLE. There was an older lady who was just plain RUDE....so rude in fact that I almost asked for my money back. It's too bad because if it wasn't so expensive and they had terrible service, I would go back and refer them because the food was pretty good.....BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME TO PAY THAT MUCH TO PAY TO BE TREATED SO BADLY........

The food was good, the place looks good, the customer service needs major improvement. Every time I go there and the old lady is behind the counter she has an attitude, like she is the muffin nazi. The slim Spanish looking lady is better but not much better. And the last muffin I had tasted kind of funny like they need to keep some baking soda in that case. Will I vist them again? Yes. I hope its better next time. 3/18

Muffin Man is wonderful!!! I have to limit my visits. :) Every dish I've tried has been delicious. It's always clean and orderly; and, the people are friendly. You'll also find that the portions are hefty. If you like true caribbean cuisine, I highly recommend you give them a try. Your first visit will not be your last!
