This is probably the worst run, grossly incompetent, customer unfriendly postal operation in the US. This "JOBS PROGRAM" is failing miserably

well i have now been on hold for 12 minutes while calling to schedule an appointment to get my passport.
last time i tried this was 2 days before thanksgiving, and the lady told me that i could either schedule for the upcoming friday (the day after thanksgiving) or i would have to call back because she couldnt find the scheduling book. this wouldnt have been a problem except for the fact that she also told me that their camera was broken so i would have to get the pictures taken somewhere else. she expected me to be able to get my pictures taken and be there on friday when it was the day before thanksgiving.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.
