I took my Expedition through the car wash and got the ultimate wash, only to go through and have it twist off my wiper blade. I notified the attendant of the incident. She told me to write down what happened and leave my contact info. She also suggested that I get a couple of estimates for repair. I did. It's been over three weeks and I am still yet to hear from this company despite several visits to the unattended station and numerous unreturned phone calls. A $11 car wash has turned into an unnecessary $69-80 repair.
