The service is mediocre at best. My biggest issue is with the manager who walks around like he'll "bum rush" you if you dare complain about stains left on your clothing or God forbide, make a claim for a lost article of clothing.Customer service is a foreign concept to these folks. I only take clothes to them that are cheap and that I don't mind losing. You would think as hard as he fought to get this location,he'd do everything he could to make this franchise a model for others to emulate.Shortsightedness will be his demise!

This business returned an item to me that was wrinked and appeared to not even been dry cleaned. Not only that, there was a stain on my skirt that was not there when I brought it in. I asked to speak to the (rude) manager who told me that the stain was not there when I brought it in! (Horrible customer service and how would know that in the FIRST place?). He refused to refund my payment. I will never go there again and suggest you don't. You get what you pay for.

I feel when you go to the cleaners they should be able to accommodate your request. I drive 7 miles to patronage this cleaners and all I ask is to not put my sweaters on hangers like shirts, fold them over the hanger. What is so hard about that? People always say blacks don't support black business but give us the same courtesy you give your white customers!
