Dean Lumber & Supply Company

I went to Deans to inquire about purchasing interior doors. The guy at the front desk was helpful and seemed competent. The system was down and he couldn't give me price quotes, but took my information to contact and provide price quote- was satisfied with that.
However, I wanted to inquire about kitchen remodeling and potential cabinet refacing. I was directed to the "kitchen specialist." She was working with other customers at the time (an older couple); she took her time with them (fine). When it was my turn, I felt like I was being "humored." I was not impressed with her attitude and almost felt like I was not being taking seriously about kitchen remodeling and she was being rather dismissive towards me...I informed her that I have older, solid wood cabinets, to which she repeatedly tried to tell me that I probably didn't...I know the difference between wood and partical board or masonite (my family is in the construction sector). My husband and I both got the feeling that it was a waste of time for her to work with me, because we looked like I didn't have the means to remodel my kitchen with her or to her standards (young couple with a baby; I wouldn't have been there, if I couldn't afford to remodel my kitchen)...Dean's just lost 12K+ on kitchen remodeling, because I am not intereted in working with or paying someone with a poor customer service attitude.
