User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsnice reviews are so out of place: I don't know how this place got nice reviews, because this place was horrible. When we walked in, there were people waiting, which we expected. We were told about 20 minutes. While waiting, we realized that were several open, clean tables that people could have been seated at. When we asked the hostess, we were given the round about, and she made sure that we were made to wait our 20 minutes that we were told, regardless of the empty tables. When we got to our table, our server eventually came to get our drink order, then we had to catch her to put in our orders for our appetizers and our entrees. Then, when we asked for silverware and napkins, we waited several minutes before bringing them to our table. To make matters worse, we were not the only ones receiving poor service. The people behind us asked to be moved, but were told that they couldn't. I can wisely say that my husband and I will never go to this Chili's again and will never recommend it to anybody else as well.
