This company was referred to me by a friend. I think she did so because she was fortunate to have her things delivered on time.I didn't experience the same and i'm disappointed with their services.I was informed that it takes 6-8 weeks to deliver a package from the U.S. to Ghana. The 6-8 weeks is calculated from the time that the goods/package leaves the port and not your house.Thus as a customer you can never determine when that 6-8 wks will be due since the day on which the goods/package is picked from your house is not factored into this period.My advice is when contracting with such agents always ask what do they mean by the 6-8 weeks that they stipulate as the delivery time.I shipped some stuff to Ghana since November and as at now it hasn't been delivered, however i was initially told it takes 6-8 wks. You be the judge and calculate how long this has taken.
