    I was very disappointed with Southern Maryland Womens Healthcare. I am new to the area and was hoping to find a helpful place to go to. When I arrived ON TIME for my first appointment, I waited over an hour only to find out that they made a mistake and my name was never entered into the computer, so I had to reschedule and come back later. When I came back the second time, I still waited a while in the waiting room before I was seen. A few weeks after my appointment, I get a huge bill in the mail for tests that were run that I didn't even request! When I called the clinic to dispute the bill, they agreed it was their mistake, but they weren't going to pay the bill for me, I had to pay it. So now I am stuck with a huge bill that I can't afford right now, and I still don't know the exact tests that were run or the results! I will never go back to Southern Maryland Womens Healthcare.

    Dr. Polko is the best!! She delivered my son July of last year. (On my birthday no less!) She's funny and very polite, and she is very caring and considerate. I wish she had delivered my daughter.

    Great: My first visit was May 2006. I saw Anne Naru she makes sure you understood everything she talked about before you leave her office.
    I will be back, Next year.
