User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsJust plain rude. I was in a townhouse complex for business and had my car towed. They didn't say anything or leave a note, so it took over a half hour to even figure out where my car was. They advertise that they take credit cards, but the man at the front desk will tell you cash only. They have a tally for who tows the most cars. It's nothing but a competition. I was told they towed a guys car one time who was a double paraplegic and didn't have the money to get it out. When someone tried to convince the boss/owner to just take the car back, that it wasn't right morally, he said it wasn't his problem. They're disgusting.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMakes me want to move !!!: Duffs Towing has a contract for my apartment complex, to tow any cars without a decal. I have lived here over a year and actually seen them towing cars a handful of times. If we call because our parking lot is too full with cars without decals, we always recieved the answering machine. Once I talked to a live person, and he was very, very rude. Overall I wish there was something that could be done about the company as a whole. The service and the customer service was HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!

I completely understand, they are the same way for my housing subdivision...I would suggest you do waht I do and report them to the Better Business Bureau...you can do it online.
