Poorly managed. Service is really touch-and-go. I've had awful servers and amazing ones, here. The food is what you would get at any Olive Garden - no surprises. There's usually a wait here for dinner, I've gone on Monday and Tuesday nights and waited for half an hour or so. Husband experienced a very messy and disgusting bathroom one night.
Hardworkers that should be recognized: Really like it here, what I see is hard working people that don't get their due. Saw a waiter taking care of a large table of people while taking care of two other smaller tables, it was sad to see the customers at the smaller tables asking for so many things at different times instead of all at once, saves him the time and means they don't have to wait for what they want. Plus why go into their work and treat them like a slave and then get mad at them for talking to you when they are at another table? We should all try to think about taking care of a bunch of people at once and see how hard it is. Oh yea I used to be a waitress, these people don't make a lot of money on their paychecks if anything after taxes so I make sure not to give them under $5 tips, I'm clearly not poor if I'm going out to eat so why would I be cheap on a tip? You shouldn't either
Short Wait-But Worth It: Food is excellent but the quality of the sauces have thinned down. Ambiance is always great! Service is average. At times they forget your entree or remove dishes when completed. The price is competitive but a little high for pasta meals. Salad is always great!
