I went into the dealership on a Friday about 3pm (late I know) but I made an appt for the following Monday for 7 am. I was even given, a night drop envelope (which I did use) which is supposed to put you at the front of the line. WRONG. My customer service agent DID NOT tell me that the mechanics do NOT start working until 8 am (why make the apt for 7?) Anyway when I called to check on my car at about 9:45 (I was getting a diagnostic check for my check engine light) and was told the mechanics were still working on cars from Friday and not touched any Monday cars yet, and I could not be given a time line. Fast forward to 2 pm and my car was just being seen; the customer service agent is supposed to call you back with updates on your car, NEGATIVE! I felt like I was stalking my customer service rep by the amount of calls I was placing to the dealership. Long story short she calls back around 4:15 with an estimate, THEY CLOSE AT 5! I WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN MY CAR FIXED BY C.O.B. Of course I would not recommend going to this dealership as they do not have the greatest communicators in the Service Dept.
