No good service at this location: Every restaurant might have a bad day for service however this Ruby Tuesday service is always bad. I have gone 6 times at different time and days. The restrooms are dirty, I was seated and waited 30 mins for a waiter to come and take our order.
Outrageous Price for "rationed" food received...: Overall, in Maryland area prices are high and customer service is a bit challenging. My wife and I have visted this resturaunt before and each visit has had a different, deficiency in the area of timeliness, cleaniness of silverware, or the food portioned. I've worked in a service oriented industry. As a matter of fact, I was assistant manager and strived for the ammenities to capture that customer back. No problem. I'm more technical and chose to work a technical field rather than continue with food service.
My wife and I ordered two half rack ribs, and one full to go. When we received our food, if you combined our dished it would have made a half rack. Upon leaving, we had a half rack and did order a full but the ticket reflected a half rack. The manager was kind enough to bring us another half rack but the entire portions (cole slaw, french fries) was "skimpy" at best.
I'm surprised more patrons do not complain of this and for the money you pay the overall food and service can be better, much better. We are not planning to spend further money at the Ruby Tuesday and basically have a overall dislike for this Resturaunt. Each visit has not been comfortable for one reason or another. We rarely complain but this, today spending $45.10, was ridiculus!
Decent Service: Unremarkarble- Your average "hanging basket" restaurant experience.

Great service at this location: I actually work this Ruby Tuesday. I have been with the business over a year and a half now, and I not heard a single complaint as this since. Our restaurant is clean. Great team members, and we are now currently under new management. So things are starting to look better. I'm sorry for the bad experience that you may have had, but I'm sure if you try us one more time, you won;t be dissappointed.
