Car Max Laurel Toyota & Scion

Bought a Toyota Avalon last year, two weeks later a deer hit it. When we had it repaired, the repair shop informed me that there was previous accident damage, this did not appear on the CarFax report. Beware that Car Max sells mostly rentals and therefore their cars may not have some of the luxury items you may want, like power seats or all the keys or books, or even a good repair history. Their prices are competetive, service was good.

I had a wonderful experience at Car Max Laurel Toyota. I took my car in for a recall repair and an oil change. The staff was very knowledgable, friendly and courteous from the time I made my appointment over the phone to the time I left the service department. I was told my car would be done in 2 1/2 hours and it was done in 2 hours. The waiting room was clean, bright and spacious with plenty of seating. I will be using the services of Car Max Laurel Toyota in the future and I will gladly recommend family and friends.

for some reason the 5th star isn't working, but I give them 5 :D
They charged the same as the estimate (oil change and tire rotation), and they took no longer then the time they guessed it would be. They have a great play area with slide, toys, and tv (with movies for younger kids as well as stuff that won't bore adults to death) so my toddler was entertained the whole time. Absolutly perfect.
