If you're a vegan, you simply MUST try here!!: I went to this place the other day with a friend, and while I was a little skeptical at first, it turned out to be absolutely great! I haven't been vegan very long, so I'm still learning what I like and what I don't, but everything I tried at Everlasting Life was GREAT!! I had tofu, rice, and greens; wasn't exactly thrilled with the greens, there's something that vegans put in them that's kind of creamy that I could have done without, but they were still good. The rice was excellent, especially with the sauce that the tofu was marinated in. Whew, the consistency of the tofu was the best I've EVER had, it was excellent!!! Even their cakes were great, not dry at all, which most meat-eaters seem to think they would be with no eggs and milk, but I'm telling you, even if I did go back to eating flesh, there are a lot of things here at Everlasting Life that I would still eat. You've simply GOT to give it a try.
