Ana Towing

Don't expect a clean paved lot, or a fancy office, but the job they did for me was OK. I was involved in an accident, and the Park Police had the car towed by AnA, so I had nothing to do with the choice of companies (nor was I in any condition to pull out a yellow pages). I went the next day to pick up my belongings, and found that the lady behind the counter was quite friendly and helpful. I'm totally deaf, so when someone makes the effort to communicate with me I appreciate it.

My first impression pulling in the gate was that all my stuff was probably long gone. The security fence looked cheesy at best, the office looked like it might fall any minute, and the neighborhood did nothing to reassure me. But first impressions can be deceiving. They had locked all the doors, set the security system, and according to the sign there is a dog on duty as well. All of my stuff was there, and appeared to be undidsturbed (except by the accident itself). The car did not look like it had been damaged further by the towing (though, admittedly, that would have been difficult).

I may not have chosen AnA, but the service they provided for me was quite acceptable.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!: I would urge anyone looking for a towing company to look past ANA Towing. I have never met a group of more unprofessional, unexperienced, and unintelligent people in my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
