User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI rarely patronize this Pizza Hut, though it's 5 minutes from my house. The times that do, they are out of hand tossed crust, the cooks don't wear gloves and when I place an order for a free perosnal pan pizza (with a coupon "Book It" from my son's school- they tell me the child has to be present! The customer service is not too great either. I now travel to Ledo's. This is the first time I've ever written a review!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsCall Ahead Pickup Was Wonderful: I called ahead for an order and it was ready and hot when I arrived, the food was delicious and the cashier was kind and prompt.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsCarryout Only!: Seeing as though this particular Pizza Hut used to have the reputation as being the worst Pizza Hut in the area, it has come a long way. The service is mediocre at best and the atmosphere inside the establishment leave much to be desired. Judging on the condition of the interior alone, I, personally, would never eat here.
However, the only redeeming quality of this Pizza Hut is the fact that the pizza (namely the pan and stuffed crust) is excellent. The crust alone makes ordering from here worth it... mind you, Pizza Hut is already leaning toward the expensive side.
The main advice I can give you is never to eat here unless you like the dank and overall "unclean" appeal on the inside. Ordering online and picking up 20-40 minutes later is the only way to go.
