There are many repair centers to choose from in Maryland and DC, but only Shaun Ziegler of Kettering BP meets my satisfaction requirements. I live in Silver Spring, MD and the service center in question is almost 40 mins. from my home however this is the only place I'll take my car, when I need any thing done. Shaun has been working on my car for years. Whether you're male or female, he gives it to you straight, without feeling like you're getting ripped off or talked into something you don't need. He is always incredibly honest and informative. And probably 90% of the time, he have definitely saved me a lot of time and money. The one time I DID have a problem with my repair, he fixxed it the next day. He's fast and good at his Job.
