User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsChef Lous is fantastic! He is very dedicated to his craft and goes over the top to make your vision come true. Last year, I did a surprise birthday for my mom and the theme was "Around the World". Chef Lous had everyone WOWED at the party upon revealing the 'globe cake' on a electronic spinning cake holder. Kudos to Chef Lous!
