I liked this practice (both doctors and nurses) until I became ill this spring with repeated respiratory infections. During this month-long period, my phone calls and emails to the office were returned 2-5 days later! Scheduling an appointment was somewhat less difficult.
I was not seriously ill, but my symptoms did include chest pain and worsening asthma: some cause for concern. I am sorry to be looking for another health care provider, but found the office communication problems unacceptable and potentially dangerous.
I have gone to Dr. Broderick for years now and have always been pleased with the service in the office and with her professionalism. I've never had to go back in to the office for a refill of a prescription and I've never had a problem communicating with the doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Broderick and have many times.
MISTREATMENT IS THE WORD. RECEPTIONIST DECIDE IF YOU WILL SEE A DOCTOR OR NOT, THEY WILL NOT PASS YOUR MESSAGES TO THE DOCTOR, THEY WILL NOT EVEN LET YOU TALK ON THE PHONE WITH THE DOCTOR. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT FOR HOURS. PLAN ON WASTING HALF OF YOUR DAY THERE.THE DOCTORS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME - OR SUFFERING - AT ALL. WHEN YOU FINALLY GET TO SEE DR. BRODERCIK, SHE IS NOT PAYING A LOT OF ATTENTION TO YOU. YOU MUST PAY A VISIT TO THE DOCTOR EVERY TIME YOU WANT A REFILL FOR A PRESCRIPTION.
