Anyway, the person who came did not even move the sofas to clean the carpetting under. He also did an area mat, but not the main carpet under it - I asked him if he could go back and do it, and he mumbled "I guess so". Finally, the pet's stains were not removed. It looked otherwise quite clean.-

I've tried several companies and this one ROCKS! They did an awesome job on all my carpets and rugs, and I will definitely use them again.
