User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe were very upset: We frequent this McDonalds often because it is in our neighborhood.
However, this evening, after we ordered 3 chsbgs, 3 sundaes, 1parfait,
2 drinks, we asked for a cup for water for my 89 year old mother -in- law
who was sitting in the restaurant and were refused. We have always been able to get water for her at other McDonalds. I offered to buy a paper cup for a dime, but was refused. It is a real shame when McDonalds cannot give an 89 year old woman a cup of water especially after merchandise has been purchased. What ever happened to hospitality and respect for the elderly?
I do not think this is good business. We will not recommend this restaurant
to any one. Time visited 04-29-27 8-9 p.m.
