The massage therapists are excellent. Hair removal with wax is sometimes done well, other times done very poorly; it is inconsistent because if a trained and licensed aesthetician isn't available they will not hesitate to have an unqualified employee do it. Pedicures are also quite inconsistent, but on average inferior to those at several other area salons that I have tried.

pretty nice: I come in for manicures and pedicures a few times a year as well as for brow waxing every once in a while. They are very professional and clean. Prices are a little steep, but the work is worth it.
