Customer Disservice: The Cheers:
1) This location is right in the heart of Bethesda, right by the metro stop.
2) They also do alterations and shoe repair.
3) They do a reasonable job of cleaning and altering.

The Jeers:
1) Price - $5.99 for sweaters, $5.69 for pants. Seems a little excessive.
2) Customer Service. The staff is a tad on the ornery side.
For example: I was picking up a large order of dry cleaning from them (~15 items) and because I walk about 1.5 miles from there to my house, I casually asked if they had any paper bags so that I could carry the items in rather than stabbing myself with the hook of the clothes hangers. She said they did, but wouldn't let me use them because she thought my clothes would get wrinkled. She also offered her assessment that a mile and a half wasn't that far to walk with the clothes, and I was most pleased to get her vote of confidence that she thought I could do it. My thought is that a simple answer of "no" would have sufficed.

Final prognosis: They're OK, but I think I'll look for something better.
