Unbelievably excellent service!

Over 12-15 years I have used this cleaner for my dry cleaning, steaming, and alterations. Always been happy with the service, the hours, the prices, the attentiveness, the ability to find your clothes when ticket is lost or ambiguous - BUT I couldn't believe the super service we got when my daughter-in-law brought in her (mother's) 47-year old wedding dress "just for steam pressing,not cleaning," because cleaners all over Europe, New York, and the Great Lakes area had said nothing could be done about the perspiration stains from that long-ago wedding.
Super said they thought they could get SOME of the stain out and would need 5 days. It was ready in less, and no hint of a stain anywhere, with a perfect pressing job. We're going to take it back there for cleaning (flower stains etc. from the latest wedding) and archiving. Could not be happier! -

Shrunk my clothes and refused to compensate me for damages! Terrible customer service!!!
