   My new dentist: I recently moved and needed a new dentist. The first one I picked from my provider list--a dentist in DC--couldn't get me in for a cleaning for months. So, I called Dr. Umoren. Her office seems pretty low-overhead, with just her and a receptionist, but that meant I got my cleaning from a dentist and not a dental hygenist. As she was cleaning, she inspected my fillings to make sure everything looked solid, and that I didn't have any new cavities. She seemed no-nonsense, and talked about the benefits of strong silver fillings over the more cosmetically-pleasing white composite (for molars anyway). While her office didn't appear state-of-the-art, and the Riggs building is certainly not plush, Dr. Umoren will be seeing me again. On top of her professionalism, she was very nice.

   As a long time patient, I welcome you to a wonderful Dentist. She is awesome, I have been using her since she started the business in 1989 and she was at my wedding in 1992. She is very good at what she does. In fact, I am about to schedule an appointment now before the month of June '08 is over. 19 years speaks a lot of volume for a Dentist. -Louis-
