awful place. My pants were black when I took them, black and red when I picked them up. Renauld, the owner, was not there when he said he would be the first time I went in to show them to him. The second time he was there and was rude and defensive. He said my pants spontaneously "lost color" when there and I should take it up with the manufacturer. First of all, they didn't "lose color"; they gained a color -- red. Mighty coincidental it happened during the few hours the pants were on his premises. This place mauy be cheap, but you get what you pay for.
This place is terrible. There is nothing like picking up your drycleaning, putting it in a suitcase, arriving in another country to take the plastic off your clothes and find them dirtier than when you dropped them off at the drycleaner!! They even still had the wrinkles from when I had worn them and there was long blonde hair all over them (clearly not mine!) The price I paid to have the hotel re-dryclean all my clothes was absurd. After this experience, several shruken outfits, their complete inability to get the most simple stains off my clothes, and clothes coming back with weird stains that were never on the clothes when I dropped them off, I learned my lesson. I hope you learn from mine!
DON'T USE THIS CLEANER - YOUR CLOTHES WILL THANK U: I totally agree with the review that this cleaners is like playing Russian roulette however I would add that you ALWAYS lose with this dry cleaner. Many of my clothes have come back faded or with bleach stains or missing buttons. Some clothes would come back that obviously were just put through an iron and not cleaned. For example, one shirt that they could not get a stain out of I took to Super Cleaners in downtown Bethesda and they got it out no problem. The price may be cheap but it is not worth it. I gave them many chances but will never go back because when one of my favorite dresses came back with a bleach stain and I asked the owner if he could not charge me for what was clearly a big mistake on their part he got defensive, did not care and dismissed my feedback - so he wouldn't budge for a measly $1.99. I've approached him before when mistakes have happened and he again takes no responsibility. So the moral of the story is don't learn the hard way about this cleaners. Please do yourself a favor and go to a cleaners that really cares about his customers not someone who is just out to make money. I would recommend Super Cleaners or Galaxie - they are dedicated to their customers and keeping them happy.
