Bradley Cleaners LLC

I had a problem with one of the items after coming to Bradley Cleaners for the first time. I came back and the owner was cooperative in resolving the issue. Though not perfect(like everything else) this place is doable. The owner is a nice lady who needs to hire more staff thats all.

Even though Bradley Cleaners is conveniently located a few blocks from my house, I will never go there again. The seamstress was incredibly rude and obnoxious and she treated me horribly. As a customer, I have never been literally yelled at and treated so badly.

More importantly, the seamstress did not do a good job on the clothing I was getting tailored, which was especially frustrating given the outrageous price she charged me. She totally messed up a very important garment, and I later found out that she charged me double what other tailors in the area are charging.


Please avoid Bradley Cleaners. They will treat you like dirt and do a less than mediocre job while overcharging you.

This is a poorly run business. The owner is, in fact, abusive and snapped at me several times, once for putting my clothes on the wrong counter. My dry cleaning was late on about five occasions. I always gave him a full week with my clothes. He never apologized, and when I complained he just looked at me blankly. Stay away if you want to be treated like a customer and a human being, there is plenty of competition in Bethesda for dry cleaners.
