User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi place my 1rst class outgoing mail and raise d flag as always to send my out going mail.after work in d afternoon i look for mails and found some, but i wonder why my out going mail is still inside the flag is down.i assume that its just a miss-look.i got all mails& left d out going mail again and raise d red flag of d mail box.today this afternoon the story is d same.got all newincoming mails,redflag is down but my out going letter/bill is still inside d mail box.is there a new regulation that we can not leave our out- going mails in our mail box?or we just need to raise d price of our stamps again?can you send this letter to local manager here in olney so he can give a good advice to d local carrier?or maybe i'll just find d E MAIL address of the regional USPS manager and let him know about this?Thanks in advace if this review letter will reach d local-manager.hope that i can hear a respose from him.
