Papa John's Pizza

Ordered pizzas from the store for delivery. Pizza came but it was THE WRONG ORDER. So we ran out to tell the driver and he drove off and left. So we got on the phone and tried to call the store to let them know that we received the wrong pizza...well...tried turned to...sitting on the phone for 50 min on hold...I called from three different cellphones as well as the house phone while I was on hold waiting on the other line...someone picked up said hold on and never cam back so....I hung up one phone while the other 3 were calling, then I called the Greenbelt store...where the staff assisted me in reaching the New Carrolton Papa Johns and told me to call back and the manager JR would pick up...well he never did...so I called the other location back and they tried again...and told me to call again... this happened probably 3 times back to back until...finally the manager from the other location told me that they would Definitely pick up...so after 15min they did and said that they were close to closing, they would not be able to come back and fix the problem, exchange or refund ...they said I should try calling tomorrow to speak to a manager to get assistance I am still waiting for a refund... these people are rude and very uncooperative. No sense of cooperation at alllll.....

2 hours late, pizza cold: We ordered a pizza my (order # is 0092 cost was $24.17). We orderd at 7:37 and it arrived at 9:40. Driver said it's hot and we took his word for it and then when we checked the boxes of pizza after he left and it was cold, my children were extremely hungry. We called the manager and told her she said would send 2 more pizzas the kids were so hungry we had to heat up in microwave because we were afraid they either wouldn't bring them or they'd also be cold. They did return with the 2 pizzas at 10:00 now how would it take 2 hours the first time and then 20 minutes the next time. We still won't order from them anymore.

Terrible: Poor Customer Service... Waited 3 hours for a delivery. Called them and they said I could have come and picked it up. I'll never order pizza from them again.
