User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCalifornia Tortilla: The California Tortilla serves a lot of food. The hummus us good. The Tai sandwich is good. It has bread and lots of vegetables and Tai flavored chicken. It is not too spicy. They have lots of bottles of sauces.

Pretty good: I had heard great things about California Tortilla from foodie friends. I like the concept behind California Tortillia, particularly for families: a fun, silly atmosphere with staff who try to make the dining experience fun with give-aways and hoots every now and then. However, the food is not what I would expect. I think it's great that they have a million types of hot sauce to try on burritos, tacos, etc. However, without the addition of these, I don't find the food flavorful or memorable. I've also found that the soft tacos are often cold tortillas, which is not what I hope to receive when I order them. On the other hand, the silly, 80's music is fun, the staff is generally well-trained and pleasant, and the establishment is usually very clean because the staff works hard to keep it that way.
