   I grew in this commnunity and it's been going down hill since i graudate from High School. The commnunity has been without AC for the last 4 years... yes i said 4 years, the realty company never returns calls they let any and everything happen in the neighborhood. they don't keep the landscape neat. it's nasty it smells like pee when you walk in the Bldg. but they expect people to pay thier mortage but you (the payee) can't expect them to give you the service that you pay for... Tip for 2008 DON'T LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE USE TO NOT GEETING WHAT YOU PAY FOR........ MOVE IN AT OWN RISK... DON'T MOVE HERE.....DON'T EVEN LOOK AT IF YOU WAS DRIVING BY...... JUST GO TO YOUR NEXT CHOICE....... DON'T MOVE HERE.....
