HOURS They are way over priced for their brake work and you will certainly pay more for the labor than for parts, the people at the desk will ignore you even if you are standing there looking in their face...AVOID THIS PEP BOYS THE SERVICE IS BAD!

Please do not take your car to this particular Pep Boys for service. The Air Conditioner technician does not know what he is doing and the Service Manager (Mario) is of no particular assistance. The wait time is long and my air conditioner was never fixed after 3 attempts. Finally, I had enough and demanded a full refund. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation, and go to another Pep Boys location.

Took my car in to have the breaks adjusted so that it would pass the D.C. inspection. Waited over three hours and then when I took the car in for inspection, it was worse than before.
