I had the best experience i have ever had at a car dealership. The service people were very polite and helpful. They weny out of they're way to make sure all of my issues were solved and i understood exactly what was going on with process.I would highly recomend this dealer.

Awful is the best word to describe how one is treated at the serivce department at chevy chase cars. A new Tahoe goes for 45+ these days so it is Awful when the service dept. rep lies. It is Awful when the service manager will not pick-up the telephone. It is Awful when the service manager does not return calls or emails. The real problem is that they simply do not care!! If you have young children you can understand what it is like to have someone make up an excuse on the fly and be unable to keep up with themselves. If honesty is not important then this is a great place to have your car serviced. I do not understand how they stay in business. Granted it is a difficult time for the economy which seems all the more reason to provide good customer service!! If you want to see if this review is true then call them up and ask to speak with the service manager/department and see if you can get through without spending several minutes on hold and/or being transferred multiple times to incorrect voice mails.
