We have always had good experiences at this store and it has just about everything a musician would need. Helpful people have frequently ordered special music for us and actually were willing to have someone re-string a guitar on a busy Saturday. My son plays clarinet, piano and guitar so we come here frequently to buy music. Sorry someone else had a bad experience -- everyone at this store has always gone out of the way for us -- even on the phone.
