I was in a few weeks ago to get a flat tire fixed on my 2010 Nissan Rogue. I called that day and John told me to come by immediately and that they could take care of it for me. I had previously gone to NTB to have them fix it. They told me I needed a new tire and that it wouldn't be in until the next day. I didn't realize that they kept my old tire when I left that afternoon. When I left NTB I had a bad feeling about the place and decided not to go back. The next day, John informed me that they never gave my tire back. He and his assistant went out of their way to go over to NTB to get it (after a series of crazy events unfolded - bottom line - NTB scammed me and John and his assistant figured it out). The whole process took several hours (hours beyond John's workday and probably the service guys too). In the end, my original tire was found all patched up and was put on the car for me. John was honest and didn't try to scam me out of money or pay more than I needed to; instead, I was charged just for the service (since my original tire was found in perfectly fine condition). Why do you care? John and his assistant went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best and most fair service that Nissan has to offer. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Most importantly, he stayed patient in a crazy situation and always had a smile on his face (even though he probably wanted to kill me by the end of the night). As a result, I have raved about the exceptional service Criswell Nissan has to offer. In fact, all of my experiences at many different Nissan's have been very positive. You have a wonderful staff!
