    My husband and I brought a used car from Criswell, we have had it for less than three months and have already had the car in the service department a total of three times. I have to deal with their less than friendly employee’s every time I have been there. No one in the entire dealership seems to know what they are talking about and they tell you one thing but then you will find another person that tells you another thing. Their service department is lacking the people that seem to be friendly are the guys actually working on the cars. The sales people are lacking car sales skills and will sell you anything so that they can make a quick buck. I WOULD NEVER SUGGUEST THIS DEALERSHIP NOR WILL I BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM!!!!!!
