Criswell Performance Imports

Their service depart is very disrespectful and very over priced. They are not well to look at the car to find a root cause. They just gave me the over look condition and told me there is no issue. At the end there was a issue found via another dealer. I would not trust my car with them.

I bought a used Honda from Criswell in November 2007 after trying three other metro Hondas (Sheehy, Fairfax, and Landmark) with no luck. They had a large selection of cars and low pressure salesmen who let you lead the negotiation (if you're prepared). I got a good deal on the car, and when I later discovered the car's tires were unevenly worn, they fixed them at no charge. Their service personnel were friendly and helpful and willing to do the right thing. Their service area is large and the waiting area is comfortable and attached to their spacious, welcoming showroom; they also have wireless internet access and a child-friendly waiting area (from which my toddler didn't want to leave!). I couldn't have asked for anything more from a dealership.
