I recently purchased a wheelchair through my Medicare Insurance. I found the staff at Lawson Medical to be very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and explained the Medicare reimbursement procedures. I am happy with my wheelchair and I highly recommend this store.

I have been a customer of Lawson Medical for many years and continue to experience excellent customer service whenever I visit the store to purchase my monthly supplies. The store policy clearly states on the wall and on the receipt that, all worn merchandise cannot be returned and unopened merchandise will only get a store credit. Personally, I have no problems with this policy. For health reasons, I would hate to purchase an item previously purchased and returned, not to mention health code violations the store may be faced with.

Overall, great store – I will continue to get my monthly supplies from Lawson Medical…

Terrible to do business with this store. I bought two items and tried to return them. One of the items I bought came in a box that was a little torn. The manager refused to take it back because the box wasn't perfect. The other item was not open and instead of crediting my account he only gave me a store credit. The items were for my mother who sadly passed away and there is no need to buy any supplies for disabled, medical, or any other type of equipment.

Nowhere in the store policies is stated that only store credit was the only way to get a refund.

I will never make any business with this store, and I recommend that unless you're sure you need to keep what you buy there, stay away from the store.
