The server puts a hot pizza bagel down in front of an infant and when we reach to move it another sandwich gets dropped. We are told we have to pay for a replacement. I have averaged spending $30-40 a week there (my wife, kids & grandkids) for years. I finally get to go on a day off and they treat me like crap. They will never see another penny from me.

Bagel City RIOT: The best bagels in MD with a cool, refined and elegant ambience that is sophisticated yet not stuffy. The staff are pure class, the bagel's pure quicksilver - immaculate!
