Ever since Bella Nolte's in Olney closed in 2008, we have been looking for really good White Pizza. We have found it at Potomac Pizza. Ask them to make the crust thin. Then with their superb blend of ingredience of real Fontina Cheese, Oregeno, and Garlic. It is really good. 4.5 out of 5 stars. We've had it at two of their locations, and it has stayed consistently good.
They do use the real thing, and it is not like the white sauces that you get at other well known Pizza Places. Thanks
I work at the Potomac Pizza, Chevy Chase location. I have a few things I'd like to share with the rest of the community and friends. The reason why our prices seem so high is because of the ingredients we use to prepare our pizza. For example, instead of adding water to paste like most pizza chains use... we prepare the ingredients ourselves. I know the materials are extremely fresh because we do food orders almost every single night. The staff I'll admit is sometimes on the young side but I invite all of you to come into the Chevy Chase location and have a dine in experience.
Potomac Pizza is overpriced second-rate pizza. Although slightly better than the standard delivery pizza places, I definitely wonât be going back there. At the cost of their pizza, a certain gourmet quality is expected. Definitely not the case; it is simply decent at best. One of the toppings I ordered was spinach but there was such a minuscule amount (supposedly mixed with ricotta) drizzled on the pizza, only a vague spinach flavor was the result. Most everything else about the pizza was equally disappointing. At Potomac Pizza, simply stated, nothing was remarkable except the price.
