User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe have had this store replace our transmission twice. The third time it has gone out in 4 years - so we took it back, but because they sold the store they won't stand behind their warranty of their workmanship. They wouldn't even work with us on the price. My husband works from home, we don't tow anything with the truck and we use it once or twice a week. Within 30,000 miles we have had the transmission replaced now it will be 3 times.

I have been very dissatisfied with this business. I do not feel as though they knew what was wrong with my car when it was first brought in to them. Customer service is lacking.

People are kind of nice when you talk to them. However, the price they quote to change ignition coil for a Mazda is $400 higher than changing a coil of an Audi A4 in a dealership (same problem, different car). I believe it's a rip off.....
Decided not to do it there, opened hood, they left a mess ......
Don't go there!
