Montgomery Driving School

If asked if i would recommand this driving school to anyone my answer is no. I say that because it has been two years and I still do not have my certificate of complication.This is probably one of the worst driving schools that is in Montgomery County. I personily was not a happy customer. I feel that they were very rude and unorganized. I personally do not appreciate the fact that I still have yet to recieve my certificate and therefore i am unable to finish my driving test.

They have the worst customer service in the office, they are not organized and they take way too long to make your behind the wheele appointments. Mrs Nadyme is the best teacher there and you should reccomend her. She is patient and knows how new drivers feel and explains everything so well. She is the reason I gave this a 3 star.

Quality of education and training is good, but professionalism and courtesy are horrible for this school. I had scheduled my first behind-the-wheel training, and then apparantly there was a mix up in the scheduling. I waited for an hour and my instructor never picked me up. Then when I consulted the driving school, they made it feel like it was my fault.

Secondly, prior to even starting my behind-the-wheel training, I had made sure to make special arrangements to pick up my completion certificate on a certain day due to the fact that I had already scheduled my road test, and was told that as long as I called immediately after the completion of the training everything would be fine. Then, when I called them about it, I was told to cancel my road test because it would take 7-10 business days for processing, as if I had never made arrangements.

I did learn alot from my classes and behind the wheel training, no doubt. However, the confusion and poor customer service is frustrating.
