At best, the food is bland. I've ordered different dishes and have never gotten something with great taste. They usually forget to put utensils with take-out orders. The last time I went to Chop Stix, two staff members were taking naps at the tables.

Is it a bad restaurant, no. Since it is convenient, I wish it was better.

I love place! This is best for the five. I would give stars every time I can. This is so hand purple the soup!

Staff member consistently RUDE!!: The older woman at the pay counter was RUDE and IMPATIENT with us on no fewer than THREE occasions! Because of this, we now go for Chinese food at the Chinese Dragon place further down the road.

Even though it's much closer to our house, we're no longer customers of this establishment. In fact the last time my wife went there on her own, she politely asked that her money be REFUNDED and declined to accept the order she'd made. The lady (older Chinese lady who's rude and impatient) was apologetic, but my wife had already endured enough of the lady's nastiness.

The food is decent and so are the prices but somebody'd better help the rude, impatient lady get a clue about customer service before her nastniness puts the place out of business!!!

Three strikes - you're out!!!
