    I keep going back because I like the food (and breakfast is my favorite meal). My major complaint is that the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor always has trash laying around and it doesn't look like anyone takes the time to clean up. At times, the service has been poor, but the majority of times it's ok.

    IHOP - Rockville Pike: You cannot beat the comfort food of IHOP. No one can make pancakes like IHOP. Yummmy!!!!
