Claims of being a "small, locally owned bank" with a big heart are more Rhetoric, and more bluster from yet another financial institution that seeks to do one thing, and one thing only. Make a profit at the expense of customer service via their customer policies. Want to know more, I can share my formal complaints and issues with you in greater detail.
