User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe have had take-out at work, and tasted pretty good. But dining in is a horrible experience. The restaurant was not full, it took 10 min. to get a table, we sat at our table and waited another 15 min., still no one to take an order. So we left. As I said take-out was fine, but I will never attempt to dine in again.

This restaurant has some strange policies.
If you dine in and get a lunch special, you can choose between steamed rice, fried rice, or noodles, but you will NOT get a spring roll.
If you carry out and get a lunch special, you will NOT be able to get fried rice or noodles, they will only give you steamed rice, but then you DO get a spring roll.
And their lo mein isn't very good, go to Chop Stix for good lo mein. -

Hands down, the best Chinese in upper Montgomery County. Not as heavy and "fake" like most smaller take-out places. The best review of the place is that it is always packed full of people. When you see so many people there no matter when you go you know it's good. Portions are plentiful and the food always tastes freshly prepared. No hesitation whatsoever recommending this restaurant. You can't go wrong. By the way, Sunday from around noon until 3 it gets very busy with large families and large groups. If it's your first time, pick another time!

It is self-seating, and you have to go up to the counter to place your order. Then they will bring your food to you. So it is not 100% full service.
