This was the worst car buying experience I have had. This is a very shady dealership. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a used car from them with a warrenty which they refused to honor. They didn't answer phone calls and I got the run-around when I was trying to make an appointment. When I finally had an appointment the manager didn't show up and I was even yelled at by the owner. He refused to even discuss the warrently with me. He told me to go get a lawyer. The customer service is terrible. They are nice up until they make the sale, then you are treated very poorly. I recommend avoiding this dealership, take your business somewhere else, where you are treated with respect and are valued.
This place is very unproffesional when it comes to customer service, we returned the car on Friday 8-15-08 they told us we would get a check by Tuesday it is Wednesday NO CHECK!!! tHEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES OR RETURN OUR CALLS WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS SLEEZY CAR DEALER, we r first time buyers they did not want to hear nothing about how much we could afford they were just trying to sell us a car once again we are FIRST TIME BUYERS and we got "USED" from this used car dealership. If you live in the area go somewhere else to buy a car keep you updated. WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK THEY HAVE THEIR CAR!!!!!!
Very unsatisfied with the customer service and mechanical service. Had trouble reaching the CSR by phone and no one else would go out of their way to give me information about my car. They kept using my home number despite the fact that I gave them my work number THREE times. Had the car in 3 times for the same problems. Two weren't fixed. I went to pick up the car and the check engine light was STILL on. the mechanic said he noticed it, but didn't think I had it in for that problem, so didn't worry about it. Huh?
Never going back.
