User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsBetter when it was enclosed: For years, this location was top-notch. Your car was vacummed and wiped down, then you could watch it go through the wash tunnel, and then it was hand dried. I'm not sure why they changed to express services; the business was always booming there, but I will find somewhere else to go now. I much prefer my car to be hand dried. It's those extra little details that make the difference. It's really too bad; they may very well lose many loyal customers like myself.
